[復旧]Office365のOutlook(Exchange Online)でメール受信ができない障害が発生中
お客様先の Office 365 でメールの送受信ができない状態との情報を聞きましたので調べてみたところ、日本の Outlook(Exchange Online) で障害が発生していました。
障害は復旧しました。
【サービス正常性】インシデント／アドバイザリ情報
Office 365 の「管理センター」の「サービス正常性」のインシデント／アドバイザリを確認したところ、以下のように表示されていました。
【インシデント】Problems receiving mail（メール受信に問題）
インシデントは、一般的にユーザーへの影響が顕著な、重大なサービスの問題です。

Users may not receive emails sent from external users.Title: Problems receiving mail
User Impact: Users may not receive emails sent from external users.（社外からのメール受信ができない）
More info: Users that are receiving emails from external users may experience delays. Additionally, we’ve also confirmed that delivery of emails with attachments sent to internal endpoints may be delayed. During this time, mail is expected to queue and once impact is mitigated it should be delivered.
Current status: We’ve identified that an update, intended to improve anti-spam processes, may have caused unexpected impact to mail flow. We’re working on the safest way to revert this update to mitigate impact. In parallel, we’re still analyzing the results from the earlier tests to help confirm the update is the root cause.
Scope of impact: This issue could affect any mail user capable of receiving mail from external users, or internal mail with included attachments.
Preliminary root cause: An update, intended to improve anti-spam processes, caused unexpected impact to mail flow.
